I began my career working in the mailroom of NYC post-production house The Image Group. I’d always wanted to do something creative for a living, and being around the edit rooms just felt natural to me. I took every chance to learn and eventually worked my way into the editor's chair. It felt like a dream come true - a craft that allowed me to combine my technical inclination with my love of television, cinema, and music. Editing offered me a way into a life in the arts, so I took the opportunity and ran with it. In the years since, I have assembled a diverse portfolio of work as an editor and producer for a wide range of clients including Showtime, AMC, HBO, IFC, ESPN, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, A&E, National Geographic, and The History Channel, among others. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate enough to work multiple seasons on some of my very favorite shows, including Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and Better Call Saul. I am thoroughly proficient in both Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Great editing requires a combination of technical fluency, creative vision, and exceptional attention to detail. I also believe it’s essential to approach each project with humility and a willingness to listen. Whether I’m cutting a trailer, a promo, a documentary, or content for social media, I check my ego at the door and focus on distilling the material down to its most timeless and compelling form. I strive to surprise and delight the viewer while challenging their expectations and preconceptions enough to keep them curious, engaged and hungry for more.
